يلتزم العميل بتقديم المعلومات اللازمة في الوقت المناسب وبالسداد وفق الفاتورة. يخضع التعامل للأنظمة المعمول بها في الجهة التي سُجلت فيها الشركة.
Services are provided to companies and organisations only. The written proposal or contract sets scope, fees, duration and deliverables, and prevails if it differs from these terms. Vorlux Solution does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes such as winning a contract or a sales volume; consulting supports the client's decision and does not replace it.
The client provides necessary information on time and pays the invoice as issued. Dealings are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered.
الخدمات استشارية وغير مادية ولا توجد بضائع تُرجع. يمكن للعميل إلغاء الخدمة قبل بدء العمل بإشعار كتابي واسترداد ما دفعه. بعد بدء العمل تُحتسب الأتعاب عن الجزء المنفّذ وتُردّ الدفعة المقدّمة غير المستخدمة. تُراجَع طلبات الاسترداد وتُجاب كتابياً خلال 14 يوم عمل.
Services are intangible consulting; there are no goods to return. A client may cancel before work starts by written notice and receive a refund of what was paid. After work starts, fees are charged for the portion delivered and any unused advance is refunded. Refund requests are reviewed and answered in writing within 14 business days.

Please contact us first at the email shown under Contact, quoting the invoice number. We reply within 5 business days and aim to settle the matter amicably. If the dispute continues, it goes to the court or arbitration forum named in the contract.
